Strategic Planning Update

Continuing the Conversation: Your Voice Matters

The Anglican Diocese of Montréal's Strategic Planning Committee continues its work of listening, reflecting, and gathering insights from across the Diocese as we work together to shape a vision for our shared future.

Over the past several months, the Committee has engaged in conversations with clergy and lay leaders, met with Clericus, and provided presentations and progress updates to Diocesan Council. These opportunities have allowed us to share the work undertaken so far, gather valuable feedback, and identify emerging themes, challenges, and opportunities for the future of our Diocese.

Throughout this process, we remain committed to ensuring that our strategic plan reflects the diverse ministries, experiences, and perspectives that make up our diocesan community.

Additional Opportunities to Participate

We recognize that not everyone has had an opportunity to participate in the conversations held to date.

In particular, we want to ensure that those involved in non-parochial ministries, as well as anyone who may have missed earlier discussions, have an opportunity to contribute their experiences, perspectives, and hopes for the future.

To support this, the Strategic Planning Committee has organized two additional online consultation meetings:

Thursday, November 19, 2026
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Monday, November 30, 2026
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

These meetings will provide an opportunity to learn more about the strategic planning process, share your perspectives, and contribute to the ongoing conversation about the mission, ministry, and future direction of our Diocese.
