Arthur Carlisle – 1939-1943 Was consecrated in Christ Church Cathedral on the 25th of March, 1939, by the Archbishop of Nova Scotia, the Archbishops of Toronto and Ottawa, the Bishops of Quebec, Fredericton, Ontario, Michigan, Albany, Vermont, the Bishop Suffragan of Toronto, and Bishops Farthing, Williams, and Rennison.
